#462 Secret Hive

This little Secret Hive is made inside a vintage brass miner's watch case. The brass has a lovely aged patina and inlaid glass lid which can be removed.

Hiding inside I have created a little secret hive with handmade paper honeycomb and two little bees which I have made from felt, thread and wire. The 'honey' is made from paper and dyed resin.

Dimensions: 10cm x 6.5cm and 3cm deep.
