A really stunning mixed media piece created from a segment of a type case / wooden printmakers drawer.

Fern fronds, crosiers and paintings are set in layers of resin. (Bearing in mind each layer needs two days to dry, these pieces take quite some time to make.

The resin creates depth and shadow and protects the delicate ferns.

This piece is signed on the back. It can be free standing or hung on the wall with the brass fitting.

Dimensions: 20.5cm wide, 22.5cm high including the handle, 5cm deep.

UK posting is free, a tracked system is used.

All of the ferns used are taken from my garden.
