#352 Secret Hive

This little Secret Hive is made inside a vintage treen pot. These wooden pots are so tactile with a wonderful silky smooth patina, they are lovely to hold.

Hiding inside the pot I have created a 'Secret Hive' with handmade paper honeycomb and two little bees which I have stitched from felt, thread and wire. The 'honey' is made from dyed resin.

This piece is signed and numbered on the back.

The pot when closed, measures: 6cm in diameter and is 5.8cm high.

UK posting is free, a tracked service is used.
