#458 Garden Fern

This piece is created inside a Victorian papier mache box which had been finished with handpainted details. It was most likely a hat pins box.

Inside I have set real fern leaves in resin alogside one of my paintings.

I grow the ferns in my garden.

The piece is signed and numbered on the back.

The box when closed, measures 9cm x 6.2cm 2.5cm deep
