#549 Secret Hive
This little Secret Hive is made with a vintage ebony hand mirror. The wood has a lovely aged patina, the glass has a few marks, commensurate with its age. The words 'REAL EBONY' are stamped on the handle.
I made the honeycomb from paper and the little bee is stitched from felt, thread and wire. The 'honey' is made from dyed resin and paper.
This piece is signed and numbered on the back.
Measurements: length 26.5cm, width 16cm and is 3cm deep.
