I think this is the smallest shuttle I've ever come across! The wood has a lovely aged patina. The mill name and 'Burnley' is stamped into the side of the shuttle.

The shuttle measures 17.5cm long, 3.2cm wide and 3cm deep.

I stitched the little honey bee from thread, felt and wire. The honeycomb is made from paper and filled with honey coloured resin.
